A white wine made with Roussanne and Grenache Blanc that can age like a red wine for the white wine aficionado. The honey floral and apricot, pear and pineapple flavored wines can be consumed young (2-3 years), or cellared for ten years and beyond. - It tends to shutdown and become neutral between 3 to 10 years of age, but can be incredibly opulent wen retuning from the neutral phase.

The small vineyard was planted in 2021 with 1200 units of Roussanne and 300 units of Grenache Blanc (80 and 20% respectively), and is projected to produce about 2000 bottles annually.. 

Early micro trials promise a very fine full bodied elegant wine.
